A negative mentality is oh so detrimental.  In fact, many of these quotes reinforce what writers of the service industry long-regarded as their 10 Commandments.  To approach a problem with a negative mentality is simply a long road to failure.  It is interesting how one shining star can reverse the trend of an entire company.
