    Well said Ken. A negative mentality is oh so detrimental. In fact, many of these quotes reinforce what writers of the service industry long-regarded as their 10 Commandments. To approach a problem with a negative mentality is simply a long road to failure. It is interesting how one shining star can reverse the trend of an entire company. All that it takes is a little positive thinking and a whole lot of positive applause - what used to be known as a Pollyanna personality.
